This Privacy Policy applies to Supreme Agency and participating independent insurance agents and businesses using the Supreme Agency platform. Each participating business operates independently and may communicate with consumers who have requested information about life insurance products or services.
Supreme Agency provides the messaging platform. The following registered businesses and brands use the Supreme Agency platform for SMS communications and are covered by these policies.
Consumers may provide consent to receive SMS messages either verbally during a phone conversation or through a web form. SMS messages may include follow-ups related to a life insurance inquiry, appointment scheduling and confirmations, application updates, policy-related communications, and responses to customer questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only for communications related to the consumer's request, insurance services, customer support, and related business purposes.
We may collect information you provide directly to us or to an independent insurance agent working with Supreme Agency, such as your name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and information relevant to an insurance quote or application. We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type and pages visited on our website.
Supreme Agency may collect mobile phone numbers when a consumer voluntarily provides their information, requests information, speaks with an agent and consents to follow-up, or otherwise opts in to receive SMS communications.
We may use your mobile number to send text messages you have consented to receive, including appointment confirmations and reminders, requested follow-ups, insurance inquiries and communications, application or policy servicing updates, and customer-service communications.
Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We use information to respond to your requests, provide quotes, service insurance applications and policies, communicate with you about your coverage, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services.
We may share personal information with insurance carriers and service providers strictly as needed to process your request, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information. As stated above, mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
