These Terms & Conditions apply to Jorge Galindo, operating as Supreme Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). Jorge Galindo is the registered A2P 10DLC Sole Proprietor Brand under which SMS communications are sent under the Supreme Agency name. By accessing or using the Supreme Agency website and services, or by opting in to receive SMS communications from Supreme Agency, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions govern SMS communications provided through Supreme Agency and participating independent insurance agents and businesses using the Supreme Agency platform. Each participating business operates independently and may communicate with consumers who have requested information about life insurance products or services.

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS communications from the specific participating business or insurance agent with whom you requested information. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations, application updates, policy-related communications, and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Consumers opt in to receive SMS messages from Supreme Agency and its participating registered businesses only after taking an affirmative action. We collect consent through the following methods:

1. Website lead form. When a consumer completes a life-insurance quote or contact form on our website, they voluntarily enter their mobile phone number and agree to the following disclosure displayed at the point of collection: "By submitting this form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Supreme Agency and its participating agents regarding your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase." Providing a phone number is optional and is never required to receive a quote.
2. Verbal consent on a recorded call. During a phone conversation initiated by the consumer or in response to the consumer's request for information, the agent asks whether the consumer agrees to receive follow-up text messages about their inquiry. Consent is documented with the date, time, and phone number before any SMS is sent.
3. Consumer-initiated text. When a consumer texts one of our numbers first, responding to that conversation constitutes consent limited to that conversational exchange. The consumer can end it at any time by replying STOP.

In every method, consent applies only to the specific participating business or agent the consumer interacted with. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.
